How to fill out the template
- CLIENTE — Your company / client name exactly as it appears in this portal.
- Case number — Please include BOTH CASO CLIENTE and CASO CIVIL whenever possible. The CASO CIVIL is the most important. At least one of the two is required — it can't be sent without a case number.
- Tribunal — Must match the court where the auction will be held.
- Fecha 1ra / HORA 1ra — Required. Date and time of the 1st auction (the case is scheduled to this date).
- Fecha 2da / 3ra — Only if those dates are already coordinated; otherwise leave them blank. They are used automatically if an auction comes back as No Bid.
- Date format MM/DD/YYYY (e.g. 10/03/2026); time as 10:00 or 9:15 AM.
