Use this Excel file when sending multiple auctions to Ronda Legal Services.

Fill it out, then send the completed file to your RLS contact. We will import it and the cases will appear here after review.
Before you send the file
Required
CLIENTE, CASO CIVIL or CASO CLIENTE, Tribunal, Fecha 1ra, and HORA 1ra.
Case numbers
Please include both case numbers when possible. CASO CIVIL is the most important.
Future rounds
Use Fecha 2da / 3ra only when those dates are already coordinated. They activate automatically after No Bid.
Format
Dates: MM/DD/YYYY. Times: 10:00 or 9:15 AM. Court names should match the official courthouse.
